Rangehood exhaust system cleaning is a regular part of commercial cooking operations. We clean to NFPA 96 standards meaning all areas associated with the exhaust system are serviced. This includes the rangehood, filters, interconnecting ductwork and exhaust fans or blowers. Using a combination of high pressure washers, degreasing solution and old fashioned elbow power, accumulated grease is removed leaving the exhaust system safe and clean. Definitely a "dirty" job we never leave a mess, the work area will be left clean or cleaner than when we began! After cleaning the hood will be stickered so that health and fire inspectors will know that your exhaust system is being properly maintained. In addition we send a courtesy report informing you of any deficiencies that we find with your exhaust system.
